Waterfront vacation rentals in Côte-d'Or

Christine and her husband's cottage is perfect. The apartment is spacious and has all the necessities. The huge enclosed park is beautifully maintained and the swimming pool, the bocce court, the swings... allow you to have a great time for young and old. To top it all off, Christine and her husband, who live in the main house, are very friendly and give good tips on things to do in the area. We recommend eyes closed.

Thank you to the three young girls who welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness, beyond the opening time of the reception. The only shame, for cyclists who travel light, is that towels are not provided. Otherwise it's great!

Perfect for a stay in Dijon, close to the center and all commodities.

Nice little accommodation tastefully decorated, extremely clean, very well equipped and 2 steps from the city center. The road can be busy but the peaceful and very well maintained garden on the other side makes you forget everything. The owners are lovely. Our stay went very well.

Very nice comfortable suite, well equipped, very quiet. Spacious bathroom. Marie is very responsive. We had a nice stay even if it was very short.

Roger is a welcoming host, we had a great time. The view of the lake, made us forget the time of this end of the year! The house is clean and very comfortable, we felt at home there, we will come back to the sunny days to enjoy the beautiful terrace and the lake!

This was a fantastic find and perfect for two couples. It is even better than the pictures. Really beautiful setting in perfect location on the river. It was completely private and the outdoor patio by the river perfect for outdoor meals which we did a lot. The kitchen is functional and well stocked. There was a very nice and generous welcome basket of food and wine. The salon was amazing and such a surprisingly large and comfortable space with many open windows allowing breezes, peek a boo views of the river , trees and town, birds singing, comfy furniture and a few games and books. The instructions beforehand and in a binder on site were thorough and very helpful. The upstairs bedroom was very nicely appointed with a queen bed. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and is separate with it’s own entrance but very close up stairs to the main entrance. It is dark,cool, only 1 small window. A low key retreat in the most beautiful town we visited in Burgundy. We felt at home.

Excellent communication after booking. Uyen responds quickly and clearly to our messages. The welcome by Uyen was very warm. The house is lovingly decorated, it lacks nothing. You can tell that it's important to Uyen that her guests feel comfortable. Uyen was always available for questions. The privacy of guests is always taken into account. The property with the many beautiful plants, flowers and trees is heavenly. We enjoyed the peace and quiet very much and hope to return one day. Thank you Uyen for the wonderful and relaxing time at your place!

Wonderful lakeside retreat perfect for a relaxing time. The accommodation has everything you need and the outdoor seating areas are beautiful.

Cedric is very responsive and so is Nelly and her husband. The house is very large, full of charm and outdated. A little outdated especially in the amenities. The garden is huge . Tennis and the pool are a big plus! We had a great week with family.

We're very grateful that Jean-Pierre opens his sister's gorgeous house and garden for guests. We had the most wonderful time in this huge house and the 2 gardens! Our cats loved the secured garden around the house, but there is also another huge garden at the river. The house, the two gardens, the village, the canal is all very peaceful and quiet and was exactly what we needed. The location and house was exactly as discribed. And there is also a free parking space 2 min walk away. Communication with Jean -Pierre is very relaxed and easy, he's always very responsive and very helpful. He gave us great tips and also his lovely friend Christa was very helpful with tips e.g. for best restaurants. Someone else wrote about the house, "the imperfections made it perfect" and that's exactly how we felt about it as well. We'll definitely be back and can't praise it enough.

The place is really great, and the hosts are really very welcoming. I would recommend this place for anyone who would like to spend a peaceful time around the lake
