They stay here is very good. It is a beautiful building and interior has a great vibe. The host and team really takes care of the place. Our stay was super comfortable and the AC and showers work very well. Kitchen has everything and well equipped. The balcony is very small we did not use it, but the rooftop makes up for it! Very cool spot to check out the streets. Of the neighborhood. Just beware, there will be many people outside in the streets of the neighborhood, my girl got whistled at a few times. Also make sure you have cash if you want to use the mini market a couple blocks over or you could take a walk to the supermarket which is not far. We got our groceries there and cooked in the Airbnb. Great stay!

Loved my stay here. PLEASE ASK FOR CONTACT INFORMATION FOR YULI, a taxi driver who the host recommended to me. Yuli took me straight to the unit with no issues straight from the airport. Host just so happened to be coming down the stairs and was able to open the unit for me. Very close to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance. Anytime I needed to reach the host it was a very quick response. The unit is very beautiful and clean! Loved my stay! I really enjoyed the balcony as well! Don’t hesitate to book this unit. I felt very safe. Great communication and beautiful unit!

GREAT STAY!!!...NICK IS AWESOME!!...WE RENTED 5 OF HIS UNITS.THE GUY DID HIS VERY BEST TO ADDRESS AND FIX ANY ISSUE WE HAD. HE EVEN TOOK CALLS PERSONALLY EVEN THOUGH HE HAD A PROPERTY MANAGER ON DUTY. THE UNITS ARE PERFECT FOR SOLO TRIPS OR IF EVERYONE JUST WANT THEIR OWN FULLY EQUIPPED LIVING SPACE, AND ARE CLOSE TO ALL THE BARS,CLUBS,AND RESTAURANTS...p.s I wrote in all caps because I wanted to put great emphasis on this guy and his attentiveness to his guests...THANKS NICK!!!...OH and he has ATVs to rent for a great price!

Nicely decorated apartment that looks just like the pictures. Comfortable and clean. The area is very noisy at night as is mentioned in the description, but also close to lots of amenities. The security guard was super helpful.

We enjoyed staying in Tawn’s place. We have stayed in Playa Dorada and San Marino many times and love the area. San Marino is on the best part of the beach and benefits from its own beach club and restaurant. The apartment is as described. It could do with a new toaster and some cereal bowls but that’s about it. We had an issue with some construction in the apartment block but Tawn was very responsive and got it sorted. Thanks for hosting us Tawn.
