A very charming apartment!

Ground floor apartment with an 80m2 open living room, comfortable, simple, and beautiful. It has a 1.40x2.00 double bed, 2X 0.90x2.00 and a comfortable double sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. Parking will never be a problem and it's free. Just 15 minutes from the beach! It is perfect for enjoying the province of Almería, having all the amenities within walking distance, tapas in bars, strolling or having a nightcap. Welcome! You will feel right at home.

Ideally located on the beachfront with a great private terrace (100 sq m). Enjoy a great sandy beach over 2 Km long, right outside the apartment. The neighborhood has all the services you need (shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy) and a large free public parking (El Palmeral). The historic center is about 25 minutes away on foot or 5 by car, and the bus and train station is at the same distance. The nearest urban bus stop is less than 2 minutes away.

And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

Nice studio 5 minutes from the beach. Located 100 meters from the sea in the Costacabana development, 6 km from the Almeria capital and 29 km from the natural park of Cabo de Gata. Very close to Almeria airport. 50 meters away there is a restaurant, coffee shop, pizzeria, pizzeria, tapas venues, tapas, etc. A few meters away is a convenience store. The house is located near the promenade, from where it is especially nice to see the sunrise and the afternoon sunset
