The house is well located, excellent space, the house is huge and well clean, the beach is very quiet for those who have children, the homemade Dona Neusa who lives in the back received us super well and passed the guidelines!!!

The house is great, large, well furnished and equipped. All very clean with high quality sheets and towels. The condominium is equipped with a swimming pool, full gym and courts. The condominium's security is another highlight. The condominium is part of the Jequitimar Hotel complex, so we were able to take advantage of the hotel's beach structure (suns, chairs, towels, etc.) in addition to the hotel's pools. The host is attentive and quick to answer questions. Spotless experience. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, beautiful house too. Quiet environment, close to nature and impeccable interior decor. The access was a bit complicated, the streets nearby and the condominium itself are very damaged and with huge holes, low cars suffer a lot or do not pass. At the gatehouse they did not know to guide us which of the streets was the house. Suggestions: The air-conditioning only has in one bedroom and in the living room, put in the others, it would be great… For those who go in order to leave the jet at the pier, it is bad, it does not have external protections so that when making waves it does not damage by hitting the structure, if it put tires or protection proper to the pier, it would be perfect. Space bounding buoia would also help a lot. It does not have many kitchen utensils, it would be cool if it had a blender for example. The house itself is extremely comfortable to spend the days.

Rosângela is very attentive and helpful, always sends messages during the stay to find out if everything is okay. The house is all tidy and faithful to the photos, it has a lot of shops close by, including a wonderful scented artisan snack that invades the house, we ate and it was very good! We had some unforeseen events during the air-conditioning and gouging trip but it was solved quickly. I would definitely return, I love this beach, very quiet, no wave and great for children. The house is practically inside the beach, only you don't need to take the car in Ubatuba, you are already in huge profit, believe me!

House as advertised. A very quiet place for family and the house is not even mentioned, perfect! We'll be back next year without a doubt. The beach is really far away, but we already knew that and it was not a problem, as there is parking to leave the cars inside the condominium.

I had an exceptional experience at the house of Cassia. The site is impeccable, very well taken care of and exactly as described in the listing. Host's hospitality was incredible, making my stay even more special. I highly recommend it!

Comfortable house in a very nice condominium. For a perfect experience, I suggest hiring the services of Cíntia, a great cook and extremely available to help. The only negative point, if I can mention, is the existence of mud in parts of the condominium beach. On the last day of stay I discovered a great beach just over 1 km from the condominium.

Villa stay was wonderful! The very spacious House, better than in the photos! The impeccable cleaning and organization! Vânia is a love, super worth closing the part with her! The village brings warm bread every day, made juice, a whim and friendliness of a person. To access the deck/sea has a considerable walk with stairs. Ideal for those who want to rest.

The amazing local district, the condominium is wonderful, it looks like a club. The staff are extremely friendly. The ease of being close to the beach was a positive point, especially with children. The beach is very quiet, we spend incredible days.

The location is also excellent: close to bakeries, supermarkets, great restaurants and, the best, in front of the beach. Robson and Renata were extremely attentive and helpful, giving us great tips for beaches, restaurants and tours in the region. Flexible check in and check out.
