Precioso atico con vistas espectaculares.

Encuentra el momento de tranquilidad y magia siente el mar como en un barco, te quedaras asombrado contemplando las islas (Lobos y Lanzarote) desde este atico.Esta muy bien ubicado en el pueblo de Corralejo,a pocos metros del puerto deportivo que ofrece gran variedad de excursiones y deportes acuaticos.Todo cercano para ir andando: ocio gastronomico,tiendas,supermercados,centro de salud.. Ayudare a que vuestra estancia sea lo mas agradable posible con total cercania y disposicion; os espero!!

Acogedor apartamento sobre el mar, con impresionantes vistas. Ideal para vacaciones en familia o pareja. Situado en primera planta de pequeño y tranquilo edificio de sólo cinco viviendas. Lugar privilegiado. Cerca de los Jameos del Agua, de la Cueva de los Verdes y de Órzola (para ir a La Graciosa). Arrieta tiene excelentes restaurantes con pescado fresco, Playa de arena negra, una piscina natural junto a la emblemática casa de estilo oriental y un agradable paseo a la orilla del mar.

Stunning little house 20 meters to the beach!

Fully refurbished bungalow boasting a large private roof terrace with sea views of Lobos and Lanzarote. Large quiet communal beachfront pool and paddling pool. (Just fully renovated). Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'. We bought this property end september 2021 while it had 114 reviews with an average of 4,87 and hope to even improve this to make your stay a “memorable experience”

Orientada al sur ,siempre tendrás luz , claridad y Sol. Tendrás una terraza bien protegida donde disfrutar de tus comidas y cenas.
