Our apartment is 90m2 and is located in the Guinardo neighborhood, which corresponds to the upper area of Barcelona, so you will find some climbs as it is in a mountainous area, but in return it is a very quiet area, it is well connected by buses and metro 10 minutes from downtown, the Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell. It is very bright, south-facing, we have a very quiet balcony overlooking the community area with a swimming pool, available at any time to take a bath.

Spacious and bright double room with access to a beautiful balcony and also a private bathroom. My cat (Max) and I live in the rest of the apartment. Please respect the animal. You can also walk (ten minutes) to the well-known and beautiful Pont del Petroli beach, with its promenade full of bars and restaurants.

If you like the sea, the views, to have a hot bath in a recycle wine barril while looking to the sea... if you like natural artisanal things, this is your place. We are in love with our retreat. Note: until next months in the near future we have the route between the houses and the sea. For us, as it is a 3th floor high, is ok. But if you are very sensitive to the noise you may feel it is a bit noisy.
