Nicely finished 1400 sq ft lower level with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room with gas fireplace, tv, table and chairs, lots of windows, large kitchen/dining area, washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen size bed and rocking chair. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a tv. Blow up mattresses are available too if you need more beds. Close to Fred Meyer and campus, lots of street parking. We live upstairs, but you have your own private entrance.

Lincoln Block House - No Cleaning Fee
Lincoln Block House is a beautiful, comfortable cabinish home in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are a day trip away from the Oregon Coast, the mountains or the city. We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus. My husband and I built this house ourselves and would love to share its special charm with you. A true home away from home.
