New apartment, very quiet, with an exceptional location half a block from the Institute of Cardiology and the Faculty of Medicine. It has air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed WiFi, 2 internal patios, an integrated kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room and bedroom. Ideal for 2-3 people, and a fourth person can be accommodated. Own garage inside the building. Building surveillance system and smart access to the apartment that facilitates entry and exit.

A cozy living space features a seating area with a light-colored sofa and a small dining table with red chairs. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, enhancing the warmth of the wooden floors. A wooden cabinet and shelving unit offer additional storage and decorative elements.

La Manzana II

Bright, fresh, comfortable... very good location, meters from the iconic Costanera Correntina and its beaches, in the city's gastronomy center. It also has a gazebo and swimming pool. Everything the nicest in Corrientes, at hand, with garage and 24-hour security, only for four people, maximum, the apartment is not prepared for children under 5 years old, I do not recommend it, otherwise, you will enjoy beautiful views and many walks!!!
