Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $40 per pet

On the Beach Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. This means you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the fully private bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper that is a queen pullout bed. 1 bathroom. A huge yard with plenty of room to park your boat or RV with locking gates. This old but quiet and safe Flour Bluff neighborhood is close to the beach and even closer to the bay.
