The hosts were very attentive. They allowed us to enter before check-in time and waited for us at the house to show us everything and leave us the keys. They gave us a lot of information and useful recommendations for shops, restaurants, etc. The place is very nice, clean and well-equipped. It is located on a very quiet street with no traffic or noise, but there is public transportation one block away and a market, shopping center, cinema and mall nearby. It has a large and covered garage, ideal for our vehicle that is not compact. Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

La Negrita is a beautiful and comfortable house, we had a very good time.

From the beginning, communication with the host was smooth, he answered instantly, very attentive and kind. The description and photos of the house are very accurate, a very nice, clean and excellent place to spend a nice stay next to the flia. Totally recommended.

The place is highly recommended for a quiet stay away from the noise of the city, enjoying nature and relaxing, we would definitely go again. The hosts were aware of all our needs, we were able to enjoy station and pool fruit juices, the apartment is fully equipped. We had an excellent stay.

The property is huge enough, has beautifull landscapes, the rooms were clean, pool is deep enough, kitchen almost complete (microwage missing), in general this was an amazing property, for sure I will come back whenever I have opportunity

Great apartment for up to 4 people with a view from the 9th floor to La Paz. Safe and trendy area and yet a 15-minute walk to the center. Always happy to come back!

We stayed on Friday, and we had a problem with the water. The host told us that the building's water tank had a problem. We returned on Sunday and everything was in great working order. We had a very good hot shower. It was only on Friday that we had this problem, but it was not the host's fault.

We had a great stay at Javier’s! He was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. We will be staying here again if we are in La Paz

Great location. Close to Teleférico, malls and restaurants were all walkable. Apartment was well stocked without being overcrowded = plenty of space for luggage. Especially appreciated 2 bathrooms, large windows on sunny side of building, washing machine with drying feature, 3 built in gas heaters, lots of extra blankets and a kitchen well stocked with dishes and small appliances. The building was always very clean in the common areas and had friendly doormen. Omar was very easy to deal with and helpful. Only downside for us was the noise, mostly from the street. The same thing that makes it very walkable, (great location), also brings a lot of noise. We are from a very quiet rural area in the United States, so if you are used to city living, you might not even notice the noise. We enjoyed our two weeks in this apartment.
