Apartment with a beautiful view of the Doce River and our beautiful Ibituruna. Located in an upscale neighborhood of Governador Valadares, where there is a boardwalk for walks along the entire Rio Doce waterfront, with a magnificent view. The apartment is well ventilated, sunny in the morning, and is close to bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets. We provide air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room, a washer and dryer, a parking space for a conventional car, and equipped with kitchen utensils.

My space is small but cozy, well lit, comfortable and quiet, it has a window, but access to clear buoy, (side) where the space is very clear. Great location: in the heart of the city. Close to: markets, pharmacies, bakery and good restaurants. We don't have a garage. We are taking all the hygiene precautions in the face of the situation in which we are living.
