This apartment is unique because of its location, looking out at the waterfront from every room is definitely special, it’s calming and has walks outside the door into natures wild life. Shops and restaurants, pharmacies and bus stops within walking distance. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment.Blackrock Castle, Mahon Point shopping mall, Douglas Village including shopping, Restaurants , public bars with live music , beauticians,all in walking distance from my apartment.

House has games consoles, rowing machine and dart board for rainy days.

Self contained one bedroomed garden flat in a very quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the city centre,10 min walk from St. Lukes village. We live above the flat which is accessed via a lot of steps to the south facing garden. The flat is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or children. There is one car parking space with the property. There is plenty garden furniture to enjoy the setting sun.
