This beautiful eco tiny house is a modern version of the traditional Australian shed. It is built entirely by hand, complete with restored furniture & bamboo floors. Surrounded by greenery, it is split-level, with a mezzanine bedroom, small modern kitchen & bathroom. Its private but not totally secluded as you will sometimes see one of us walk past. NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

"Bart Cottage" is located in a lovely, leafy location in Chelmer. 7 kms from the city (12 mins by train) and within walking distance to 2 train stations, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, cinemas and cafes you'll hardly need a car. Offering 3 bedrooms that will sleep 5 comfortably (Queen, Double and King Single bed), 1 bathroom (big shower, no bath), 2 living areas and lock up garage. Convenient to University of Queensland and 10 mins drive to Brisbane International Tennis held every January.

Large deck with lounges, dining table. Private garden. Toilet, shower, shampoo etc, linen supplied. Coffee, tea, milk, snacks. WiFi. Secure location, 24/7 access, CCTV, private entry. No children, No pets. Co-located businesses but Studio is private & separate, in a garden world of its own.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
