Super good, everything properly clean and tidy, super clear instructions. And the place is very comfortable with its surroundings!!!

Good location, great view, everything is very clean and as shown in the photos. Apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only drawback was that one of the bathrooms had a constant, rather unpleasant sewer smell.

The apartment is very cozy, impeccable and with everything you need to stay several days. The condominium is very safe and quiet with no disturbing noise. It is located in front of the beach and close to restaurants, you can walk to the Lighthouse and the waterfront. 100% recommended.

I really liked the dpto, great location, very nice view towards the beach. Nearby restaurants and cafes.. beach front. Everything very comfortable, the only thing I would get is the glass from the balcony, ( it is closed) as it does not allow to see the whole beautiful view, it does not feel the breeze.. and the vision is scarce. Great hosts communication and attentive to any questions... I would definitely come back..!!

Beautiful apartment, it is as advertised and more, comfortable, impeccable, safe and with a view of the sea, which is the best, a 10 out of 10. Tomás is an excellent host, very kind and concerned about everything, the service of the concierges is excellent too, I recommend this accommodation a thousand times and of course we will return.

The apartment is conveniently located, in front of a supermarket, which makes shopping easy. Beach access is safe through the authorized steps. The space is comfortable and equipped for three people, although some kitchen utensils are missing to prepare meals easily. There are several dining options nearby. The laundry is excellent and costs 1,700 pesos, but you have to pay with 500 and 100 (new) coins. Parking is spacious and safe, with the added advantage of being underground, which protects vehicles from the salinity of the environment as it is in a coastal area. As a point for improvement, the presence of the owner's personal belongings, such as clothes, shoes and photographs on the nightstands, can detract from the neutrality of the space. One drawback is the noise from the nearby service center, with road sounds and honking, especially at night. Overall, it's a comfortable and conveniently located option, with good services, although with some details to consider.

Very good place. Excellent location, close to cafes and restaurants, steps from the beach, ocean view and perfect for a couple of days at the beach.
