Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

The Challoner Casa is a gorgeous, dog-friendly home with a beautiful fenced backyard. It is located 1 mile south of Old Town Bandon and 1.5 miles to the beach. The home has a warmer, private setting with only one neighbor to the south yet is situated mere minutes to town and Bandon’s beautiful beaches. The home is wheel chair accessible but the ramp is not to ADA standards. Challoner Casa has a large paved and gravel parking space for family that have RV’s, camp trailers or boats.

Warmer, less windy side of Bandon with Country Setting but only 3 minute drive to Old Town. Family friendly Guest Cottage. You do have to access the Bathroom through the Master Bedroom so this rental would be best for a family or close friends. This guesthouse is on the same property as our family home that we live in full time and that's why we do like to do a meet and greet with our guests when you have a chance within the first day or 2 : )

Located just 7 minutes from the beach, this studio lies on a hill with ocean views. It has 1 Queen bed and 1 bath with a clawfoot soaking tub. It is nestled in an orchard of fruit trees, blackberry bushes, and flower gardens. If you enjoy walking, there is a path that will lead you through 10 acres of forest, full of huckleberry bushes, ferns, large trees, and lovely streams.

Charming and modern styled a-frame house across from the beach and walkabout to local shops and restaurants. Professionally cleaned, laundered, and surfaces sanitized between guests. Please Note: As of Labor Day 2022, they're building a house on the vacant lot next door. While we haven't had any complaints, there may be construction noise.
