Enjoy the covered porch, with large rockers, to take in the views of the pasture At present time we don't have horses but are looking. You have your own privacy gate for security. Check in with no personal contact, private amenities & sanitized cleanings. Three night minimum on all holidays.

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The Water Park is right down the road, and UMHB is only a few blocks away so you can easily attend any sports or community event they host. This home has been fully remodeled with everything new on the inside including a new HVAC system and all new appliances. The Stillhouse marina is located a few miles away. There they have fishing, dinning, and boat rentals. Scuba Divers Paradise offers scuba lessons at the marina as well. We also have parking available for a boat trailer at the house. Three kayaks available to you at the house

Located near Main St. Salado, Walking distance to Restaurants, Boutiques, Spring-fed creek (with swimming), Brewery, Museum, Sculpture Gardens, Right off I-35, but nestled back and quiet. House has an upstairs suite, with a bathroom, a Queen bed and loft area with a pull out couch. Downstairs with Queen Bed, with tub/shower combo. Roll away available upon request. In Lampasas and just a short drive to the Colorado Bend State Park! Pet friendly ( pets must be crated inside the home when left alone ) There is a $40 pet fee. Please don’t try to sneak a dog in, April the housekeeper will know trust me. This home can sleep up to 6 guests ( with fold down couch ). Visit all our colorful painted murals!
