Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. The building has two adjoining bedrooms downstairs, kitchen, living area & bathroom. Upstairs there is a loft that can sleep extra people. The Clarence River adjoins the property.
