To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. The house is a cute and comfortable newer home located in a small residential neighborhood. It is conveniently located not far from beaches and hiking trails, as well as shopping and dining. Guests will also love that the house is uncluttered, tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and full size stainless appliances, and the gas fireplace works even if the power goes out during a storm.
