Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Coos County

Staying at CR14 (Unit #14 within the Crawford Ridge Condos) was everything we had hoped for and everyone in our group enjoyed the week. Access to the ski slopes is really easy - it's a short walk on flat ground to the end of the road (past two condo units). On the return to the condo, it is possible to ski down the road embankment and arrive directly across the street from the condo door (just pop off your skis and walk a few steps across the road). The partial view of Mount Washington from the living room is great. The only thing we can think of to improve is the Wifi speed. We had one high-schooler with us that had to attend some remote classes and this was not possible (she was the only one in the condo at the time and the only one using the Wifi). Personally, the Wifi was so slow that I turned it off and just used cellular data. Overall, it's a great spot and we feel lucky to have enjoyed it.

Perfect spot for a long weekend with our family. Clean, beautiful, roomy home in a great location. Would stay here again if I visit the area. Host was super responsive.

Amy and David were wonderful hosts. At every stage they were communicative and clear in their instructions. They made sure we were very comfortable at their mountain house. The house itself is very comfortable and was perfect for us traveling as 3 generations of a family. We love downhill ski and xc ski, and the house is very convenient for both options. The hot tub is great. The kitchen is great. Everything is very comfortable. We could not be more enthusiastic about Amy and David and their wonderful house!

Lovely lodge in the heart of the ski village. It was cozy and clean. Host was friendly and responsive.

Stayed here many times ! Always a pleasure! Very comfy log home with wide open living space , large table for gathering , ample parking , enjoyed the wood stove ambience , good working kitchen, lovely setting , great view from landing area ! Stephanie communicated well !

Great family spot!

My family went to John's place to watch the solar eclipse, which happened to fall on my son's birthday. 5 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs- we all felt comfortable. There was lots of space to relax, a full kitchen, and the front porch and yard were the perfect place to watch the total eclipse! John was very helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful, close to hiking and the river for fishing.

The room at Dave's was clean and comfortable and I felt right at home. I ran into Dave on my way out and asked him for a recommendation. He sent me to the Littleton Diner and it was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. You won't be disappointed staying at Dave's place.

Ken and Donna are fantastic host. The condo is clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Only steps from Bretton Woods and a short drive from the Mt. Washington hotel there is plenty to do. Ken was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Bretton Woods Vacations was extremely communicative and accommodating during our stay. The home we stayed in was perfect for our needs, which was skiing with small children, as access to the trails was great! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in this rental and found the space, many bedrooms/bathrooms and proximity to ski trails excellent! We’ll definitely rebook next winter.

Great location for families. In the middle of Santa Village, Story Land, Clarks Trading post and a stone throw from Mount Washington hotel.

Had a great time this past weekend at Bretton Woods. Fabulous location would highly recommend and definitely go back!

The stay here was perfect for our family and kids! The basement was a great spot to let the kids run around. The television in the photos was outdated. They have a newer tv as well as an xbox that allowed us to play movies and play games. We had a great time! In addition, the beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were nice and clean. We will be back!

Awesome spot hillside right on the mountain. Would love to get back during ski season. Place must be magical in the snow!

This is our second time staying at Kate's place. We love the quite and peaceful location and the ability to walk and hike right out the door on the forest roads/ski trails up to Wildcat and Carter Dome. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking, and all the accessories like a can opener and vegetable peeler. We enjoyed hearing an owl at night and watching the woodpeckers feed their babies in a tree outside the house. The basement bedrooms are cool and comfortable, and we absolutely love the old furniture and variety of books to peruse. It's a very comfortable place to stay!

Tom is a great host, very responsive . The home is well equipped and beds are comfortable. The location is a little off the beaten path but with Tom’s instructions and gps it was easy to get to . Great place to stay while exploring the White Mountains.

We had a lovely stay at Dave and Linda’s place, and in Clarkesville in general. Being from the city in a different state, we appreciated the friendliness and help-your-neighbor attitude we experienced from the people we met here, who helped us tow our car out of a snow drift. Would definitely recommend snow chains or winter tires to drive on the roads nearest to Dave and Linda’s place if you’re staying in Winter. 1840 was our go-to restaurant while here, with great portions and prices, super fresh food, especially relative to what we are used to in the city. The cabin is truly incredible, hand-built by Dave himself and meticulously maintained. We were very warm throughout our stay, and Dave came and helped us prepare the driveway for our car to pull out, and maintain the walkways with salt. Probably the most helpful hosts we have experienced on Airbnb.

Wow. I think that the correct word would be “perfection”. This place was beyond of what I was expecting. I can’t wait to go back. So peaceful.
