It's a very pretty drive to Columbia, MO (about 30 minutes), and 20 minutes to Rocheport, a very cute historical town by the Missouri River. A beautiful attraction that is close to our property is the Warm Springs Ranch. The Clydesdale breeding farm. This is a great place to visit.

Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

Romantic Getaway when you stay under the stars at our mancave retreat. This property is on 122 acres of rolling hills, pecan trees and crop land. We harvest pecans every year. The mancave comes with a full size bedroom with television upstairs, futon, full bath, kitchen/bar/living room area. There are four smart TVs including one one on the patio. You can choose to sit and watch TV from the hot tub or inside. Seasonal pool will be ready by memorial day and thru September.

Relax with the whole family in this cozy home located in a quiet neighborhood. This home is situated two blocks from Harley Park which includes lookout point with a beautiful view of the Missouri River. One block away is the Katy Trail which includes the historic Katy Trail Bridge, as well as Isle of Capri Casino. Boonville is known for it’s history and charm. Attractions include museums, aquatic center, golf course, and Warm Springs Ranch home of the Budweiser Clydesdales.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful updated kitchen with new appliances. huge fenced in backyard. The street is quiet with ample parking, including 1 car garage. We have 3 bedrooms, and 1½ baths. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the hall bath, and a half bath off master bedroom. A 52" Smart TV in living room. The unfinished basement is not for guest use, we have added a new wall and door to separate it from the guest space.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!
