The location is amazing, right across Pacific Fair Shopping Mall and close to the beach. This worked perfectly for us. The bathrooms and kitchen are great, and the beds are comfortable. Being this close to the Fair also means being close to a busy road. So you hear the traffic, which was not a problem for us. The host is very responsive and helpful, which was great.

Very nice and mind-blowing

Korn was always very approachable and got back to us quickly. The house was perfect for 3 families, however there were a few items we needed that weren’t available. We have let Korn know about these and he is going to rectify this

Absolutely loved my stay here. The location was beautiful and even nicer in person, so very welcoming and homely. The stay has all the ammenities you need, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious and comfy lounge, stunning bathroom as well as spa and pool to top it all off. Couldn't be happier with my choice to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay in Varsity Lakes! The house was spacious, clean and was a great place for us to stay while we were on the Gold Coast to participate in the Gold Coast running festival. It's only a short drive to a number of restaurants, cafes etc. and also not far from Burleigh Heads, so a good location to make the most of our stay. Larissa was a great host! very responsive and clear on messages. Check in and out was super easy, and we were even able to bring our little dog along with us, which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place if staying on the Gold Coast!

Better than the photos - which doesn’t always happen. Perfect for families and young children as they have everything there. The house also has everything you could think of on site so need to bring much. Great place to relax and enjoy family time :)

Nice and tidy, plenty of space. Could really do with a jetty like most of the neighbours have. Seems to have had one in the past that has sunk - Was a hazard trying to fish from the deck because of it.

Awesome place to chill. Well appointed with all the comforts of home. Kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook!

David has a beautiful family friendly property which is exactly as advertised. Kids loved the pool and foosball table and adults loved the garden area and large dining table. Mermaid Waters is a nice location for young families close to the hustle and bustle of Broadbeach without the chaos. highly recommend!

What a truly beautiful place to stay! Close to all major shops but still able to enjoy the beautiful property. Saw so many beautiful kangaroos in the yard during my stay, which was truly magical. The hosts were completely lovely, responsive and friendly, and I felt that they truly cared that my time there was as amazing as I wanted it to be. Peaceful, relaxing and just a beautiful place to visit. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!!

I had a lovely time at Sara's place. Both Sara and her husband are extremely friendly and reply very quickly. The place is very cozy, right next to a major highway but still super quite. In fact, I did not hear any car noises during the whole trip. Most importantly, though, is how clean it was. This was a major requirement given my wife and daughter's allergies and I am pleased to inform there not not even a runny nose from either, which is surprising given the carpets and air conditioning. The only down side is the lack of air conditioning on the kids bedroom. There is only air con in the main bedroom and living room. It gets pretty cool at night, though, so we got around it. Otherwise perfect stay. Would gladly stay there again if given the opportunity.

Travelled to Burleigh with my hubby and 3 adult children, this villa was perfectly located to meet all of our needs. Welcome touches of a bottle of bubbles, chocolate and fruit bowl very thoughtful and appreciated by all. Great recommendations of where to eat, things to do appreciated also, as was the place being spotlessly clean. Villa is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for relaxing in after busy days swimming, walking, shopping, eating and enjoying the delights of the Gold Coast. We highly recommend this gem and will be back!

We had lovely time in this house. Loved the energy of the house and its location. Loved the green grass too, our 3 kids loved spending time outside and by the pool.

Olivia was very accommodating and friendly. My family flew from the Philippines for my wedding and they’ve felt right at home as soon as they entered the house—and had the best time throughout their stay! Also, we had an amazing time getting ready in the AirBnb given the space, vibe and ambiance of the space. Thank you again! 🥰

Danielle’s home was as advertised with everything you need for a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. The home was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and nice to wake up looking at the water. Danielle was a very responsive host providing detailed instructions. Home had plenty of room for a family to enjoy all it had to offer, a pool, playground next door with a beautiful canal view. Walking distance to Broadbeach, Pacific Fair and the metro. I would highly recommend staying at Danielle’s place.

Colleen’s beach house was exactly as described. Chilled vibes and a home from home but right next to the beach. We stayed with our parents on their first trip to Australia and specifically the Gold Coast and they were blown away but the perfection offered. Walking distance to bars and restaurants of Palm Beach, local recommendations that meet and exceed expectations, fast Wifi for overseas visitors (we all know Australia has a poor reputation), immaculate presentation and just the perfect spot to have a chilled place away from the chaos but more than close enough to the action. We even made use of the BBQ one night. There’s a TV outdoors which was perfect to have on for any kiddies but have them there with the grown ups. Ours was a winter stay so pool was not used by us but was presented well and looked inviting if not for the chilly weather! No issues and highly recommend if you are after the getaway on the Gold Coast.
