Great location for family/friends, short walking distance to the beautiful beaches the Southern end of the Gold Coast has to offer.Please note there are two small hills. Coolangatta has a variety of shopping options, restaurants and cafes. Children are welcome in our Home away from Home. The apartment is fully self contained with a large undercover balcony. This area is fenced and gaited making it a safe area for children. We have available for use free of charge a 9 foot beginners [foamy] Mal.

IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
