Vacation rentals with a patio in Conway

We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

Was within driving distance of many walking/hiking trails. Very accessible with many amenities, and close to restaurants. Condo was spacious with a spectacular view of the river and loon mountain.

We had a great stay at Ace's place. We were looking for a ski vacation, and that's exactly what we got. Easy in and out. Across the street from Attitash. It was perfect. We'd definitely stay at Ace's again!

We had a great time at Lorraine's! Our original hiking plans were foiled by bad weather so we were grateful to have access to the pool, hot tub, and games at the main building.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home in North Conway this past weekend! Everything was very clean...I run my own cleaning company, so I'm extra picky! The updated finishes were beautifully done and the kitchen was very thoughtfully appointed. We stayed with 3 other adult couples and we all agreed that it has been our favorite air bnb stay to date. The beds were extremely comfortable which was a huge plus. The setting was very peaceful and the floor to ceiling windows made it feel as though we were in a tree house. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Absolutely loved this place. It was peaceful and beautiful, felt like home away from home. The surroundings were quiet and even had close trails near the house. It was a nice calm place after the excitement of the trails and nature in New Hampshire. Will definitely be back for another trip!

The stay was great and everyone enjoyed themselves! There was enough room for everyone, it never felt crowded! The place looked just like the photos. Ashley's communication was great from start to finish, answered questions promptly, recommended great places to try, very nice and welcoming. Would stay again!

This was one of the cleanest houses we've ever stayed in! It was much bigger than we expected too. Lots of room for the kids to play, the basement was awesome. The house is in the middle of the woods which was fun too. We had a great stay and will be back for sure. Very friendly and accommodating hosts!

Absolutely amazing! It was so cozy and peaceful! The home itself was so beautiful, clean, and elegant but homey. It was quiet and seemingly out of the way of the busy town, yet such a short drive to a bunch of attractions and places to go and hiking trails. Definitely worth the trip!

The place is beautiful, exactly as described, and the location is great. We were greated with a warm welcome package, stocked coffee/tea bar and some snacks. Linda and John are great hosts! Very helpful and friendly. Linda always responded to our questions within minutes, and was very flexible about the storm that was coming to Jackson on our last day staying there. We had a fantastic stay over Memorial Day Weekend! The house was exactly as pictured—super spacious, clean, and felt very new. Everything was just as described (even more than what we expected), with plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies that made cooking easy and convenient. The outdoor amenities were a major highlight—between the fire pit and the sauna, we spent a lot of time relaxing outside. The bedrooms were all generously sized with incredibly comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were spotless. The decor throughout the home was tasteful and cozy, and we especially appreciated the high-quality linens. The water pressure could have been a bit stronger, but given the rural location in NH with gravel roads, it was completely understandable. Our host was amazing—very responsive and flexible. We’re already hoping to come back in the fall! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a nice stay for a few days, easy access to North Conway, pool was a nice plus, would return!

This is our second year coming here and we’re already considering coming for a third year AND we’re recommending it to our friends. This place has a highly functional (if small) kitchen, comfy beds, great location, very quiet (with the exception of one night of drunk college kids next door), very private looking out over the mountains, and a big pool, hot tub and sauna as well as an arcade room and ping pong! Shelly was quick to respond, even in the middle of the night with a phone number of someone who might help with the party next door (and that was only 1 night, we stayed 6 nights and that was the only middle of the night noise). The building is well kept and the staff is friendly. Top notch place to stay.

It was an extremely excellent stay, my fiancé and I absolutely adored Susan’s place! Thank you so much for having us we will definitely be back again with future plans, we felt our stay was way too short we want to try to come again longer there’s so much to do locally around the area! And it’s such a peaceful place to stay the bed was extremely comfortable 😇
