The apartment is exactly as in the photos, in addition to being clean, organized, well-structured and cozy, it is also easily accessible, located in a neighborhood close to markets, bakeries, restaurants and shopping. Hosts are kind, polite, decisive and do not take long to respond to messages.

The cost-benefit is worth it, Alessandra is very helpful and the house is very good. It's worth it. Just one suggestion, a table with chairs as a more comfortable computer workstation.

Pedro was very attentive and friendly. Anything I needed I felt safe and confident to ask for. The space itself is very easy to find, clean and comfortable. I met 100%. Other stays are worth it.

Second time I've stayed at Ana's apartment and there will probably be many others, my son is in love with Atlético Mineiro so whenever I have the opportunity we will be in Belo Horizonte again and I always hope to find this apartment available. Ana is super helpful, her space is super cozy and well-equipped. I was there in May 2024, May 2025 and I intend to celebrate my son's birthday every year at the Arena Mrv. See you soon!

The apartment is very spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms as shown in the photos. Excellent location, close to everything and you can walk to Patio Savassi, for example. Frederico was a great host and answered questions promptly. I and my family feel at home

Wonderful environment...access to the market in the same block...shopping mall nearby...super polite neighbors...I would return tomorrow if necessary.

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!

Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
