Departamento nuevo totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una agradable estadía en Buenos Aires: WIFI, Smart TV Led (incluye Netflix gratis, sin cable). Cocina totalmente equipada (heladera y freezer, horno, horno microondas, pava eléctrica, vajilla, cafetera, etc.). Sommier queen con colchón de excelente calidad, ropa de cama y toallas por persona incluidas, shampoo y jabón. Gran sofá-cama, calefacción central, aire acondicionado frío/calor, ventanas de doble vidrio hermético con cortinas blackout. Colchón extra para utilizar en el suelo. Ubicado en torre de lujo con modernas instalaciones: Piscina para niños y adultos, dos parrillas con mesas y sillas, hermoso jardín, laundry completo (lavarropa y secarropa), portero, seguridad 24hs y dos ascensores. La ubicación del edifico es perfecta, se adapta especialmente a turistas que vienen a visitar Buenos Aires y el mejor sitio para ello es el histórico barrio porteño de San Telmo, donde encontrarán clases de tango por todos lados, ferias artesanales, ferias de antigüedades, bares, cafés y restaurants típicos de la ciudad, calles adornadas con antiguas y hermosas farolas, con gran cantidad de visitantes de todo el mundo. La oferta gastronómica en las cercanías del departamento es muy variada y destaca su gran vida nocturna. Fácil acceso desde las principales autopistas, cerca del microcentro, zona bancaria, Casa de Gobierno porteña, Casa Rosada, Congreso de la Nación y tribunales. En la misma cuadra encontrarán dos estacionamiento, carnicería, almacén, quiosco, panadería, y más. El edifico cuenta con una hermosa pileta, dos parrillas en el jardín con mesas y sillas, portero y seguridad 24hs, y un laundry con lavarropas y secarropas (estos funcionan con monedas o fichas). Internet de alta velocidad WIFI, Smart TV LED con Netflix (sin cable), calefacción central y dos aires acondicionados frío/calor. Estoy disponible para cualquier urgencia o pregunta de mis huéspedes. El edificio está a pocas cuadras de plaza Dorrego, la feria de San Telmo y la línea C del metro, que conectan con importantes atracciones de la ciudad. La oferta gastronómica en las cercanías es muy variada y también destaca su gran vida nocturna. Para hacer mas divertida tu estadía tenemos la opción de alquiler de monopatines eléctricos por día! 🛴 Estación de subte a 200 metros y varias paradas de colectivos. Metrobus a 200 metros. Fácil acceso a autopistas 25 de mayo y Buenos Aires La Plata. Estacionamiento al lado del edificio. Internet de alta velocidad wifi, Netflix gratis, aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Gorgeous, spacious, and sunny downtown loft

Located in the historical Pasaje Santamarina, close to the heart of San Telmo, and reached through one flight of stairs, it has a living area with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one in an open mezzanine, with a desk), an entertainment center with an LCD TV (with Chromecast, no cable), a bathroom (with shower box, no tub), and a walk-in closet. Features Wi-fi connection and a central air conditioning system. Very quiet and light-filled. Easy access to Buenos Aires attractions.

Casa Bolívar. Art&Design and in HistoricCenter

This is a beautiful apartment in a 1910 three-story building. It keeps its original masonry and marble stairs as well as its original facade. There is only one apartment per floor. The Old San Telmo Market is right across the street. Have your first breakfast at Nica, a cute café situated on the ground floor of the building. This one is on me! My treat! To keep in mind: the neighbors is very friendly but it is not quiet; the nights tend to be vibrant and busy.
