Fantastic place by the lake. The sun sets directly in front of you! Close to the Corbu wild beach (20 mins by car) and easy driving distance to the other towns and cities along the coast. Recommended.

We had a lovely weekend at this beautiful spacious house. There were 8 adults and 11 children and we had space. The rooms all have their own private bathrooms. The living room is large, the garden is very good and the outdoor dining area is great. The house is better than in the photos!

Our stay at Iancu's property was truly delightful! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made our days filled with sun and sand so convenient. Iancu and his son, Costin, were both great to deal with, always friendly and helpful. In short, they are gracious hosts, always available and incredibly flexible with our needs, making us feel right at home. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything we needed was provided, and we had an easy time navigating and enjoying the space. The access to beach umbrellas and chairs was the icing on the cake, making our beach days even more relaxing. We would happily stay at Iancu's property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beachside retreat, or a stay in Constanta, esp. for those with kids and pets! The communication with George was smooth and effortless. It was my parents' first time traveling alone, and George and his family gave them a warm welcome. They were picked up from the train station in the evening and brought them to the accommodation. George was always available for any questions. The room had everything needed for a short stay, and the location was perfect—just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Thank you George for taking such good care of my parents!

This was the perfect place for our large family to stay close to nice beaches at the Black Sea. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Our only complaint was there was only AC in the bedrooms upstairs , but the downstairs area didn’t get too hot so it wasn’t too uncomfortable. Host was very helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend.

This place is the best choice for a small family holiday. There is everything here to enjoy your holiday. A well-equipped beach line awaits you; it is a 10-minute walk away. If that's too far for you, the pool is 10 steps away. On the shaded terrace you can always hide from the summer heat and organize unforgettable parties. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: air conditioning, washing machine, TV, fast internet, private parking, boiler for hot water or heating if you arrive on cold days, etc. A few words about the owner Florin. He is a very pleasant, polite and sensitive person. Communication with him was always a pleasure for us.

Very clean apartment with all necessary amenities, quiet and very nice area The host Alexandra was always at our disposal to feel as good as possible,being also very nice to us Overall everything was perfect , I would definitely come back !

The host was incredibly responsive and kind — always available 24/7 and quick to help with any questions or issues. Upon arrival, we noticed the cleaning wasn’t up to standard, likely due to the previous cleaner. However, the host immediately arranged a full professional cleaning at his own expense, no questions asked. Any other concerns that came up during our stay were also addressed quickly and always in favor of the guests. For example, when we had an issue with insect bites, he offered to help find a doctor and asked what medicine we needed. While the beginning of the stay was a bit stressful due to these issues, everything was resolved promptly, and overall, we had a positive experience.

Great Stay in Constanta! I had the opportunity to stay in this excellent apartment for a month in Constanta and my experience was very positive. From the first moment, the cleanliness of the apartment impressed, as it was always tidy and tidy, offering a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The host was just fantastic – one of those people you wish to happen to you on your every trip. Extremely welcoming, willing to help and always with a smile, it made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. The location of the apartment is ideal too. Direct accessibility to the sea and the city center was very convenient, allowing us to enjoy the beauties of Constanta effortlessly. In addition, the fact that there is a supermarket right next door was very convenient for our daily needs. The most important advantage was having free parking in an adjacent spot. Highly recommend

I spent 6 days on this address close-by the see and Mamaia beach. Iulia is a really superhost. A very clean private room and en-suite bathroom with all amenities. More than that Iulia prepared every morning the breakfast for me and served in the kitchen with view on the blue see. Thank you for your hospitality and interesting conversations. I recommend highly this address and hope to come back.

The stay in the loft was impeccable. Very close to the sea, even though i worked during my stay, i had time every morning to go to the beach resorts below. The loft is super clean, had all necessary accomodations (washing machine also included). View was great for work-from-home. AC available. Bathroom very big. Only wish i could have used the living room TV for streaming services.

Excellent reception and hospitality. The apartment has an excellent location and everything is close. You do not need a car. The apartment is clean, beautiful and comfortable. I advise you to stay in the apartment, you will feel comfortable, especially sitting on the balcony.
