Enjoy a stylish experience in this home, located on the shores of the Black Sea in the first line at the beach! Live your vacation in a refined and relaxing style! In the evening, from the terrace you can hear the sound of the waves hitting the shore! In this area, the beach is fine sand, has not been widened and the entrance to the water is smooth, suitable and safe for children and adults, and the bathing area up to the buoy is about 40m. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby .

The apartament is placed in a quiet zone, at the ground floor, in the neighborhood of the beach (2 min. by foot), in the proximity of Mamaia resort (10 min.) It's situated in a very exclusivist neighbourhood, with a great view to the Black Sea, the promenade is about 100 meters from our place, the apartament is surrounded by green space with trees, flowers and grass. Free parking. WE DON'T PROVIDE TOWELS! Instead we provide disinfectants, soap, toilet paper, bed sheets, pillows.

A sandy beach area features a clear blue sky and two palm trees nestled within the space. A wooden walkway leads through the sand toward beach umbrellas in the distance, providing easy access from the beach to the surrounding amenities.

This condo, it's located in one of the best places in Mamaia Nord, Complex "Casa del Mar"right by the beach (3min walking) and 10 min safe walking to the best clubs in Mamaia ( Fratelli, Loft, Nuba Beach , Aria, etc.). Casa del Mar complex is still optimally located, being away enough from the commotion and noise, so you can enjoy a relaxing experience at the seaside. The place is modern and super clean.
