Our cabin is located in a residential area, a few steps from the Limay River. We are 10 minutes from Neuquén Airport, 5 minutes from Plottier and 20 minutes from downtown Neuquén. It is a quiet place, surrounded by nature and with a family and artisanal touch. It has a double bed and two single beds in the living room. Pets are allowed, there is a closed patio area, with a grill and garden furniture. Parking is free, you can leave the vehicle inside the property.

The depto is located in the heart of the city of Neuquén. Close to many bars, rest, central hospital etc. This makes it very easy to move around walking. It's comfortable, simple, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The room, by not facing the street, allows a quiet rest. It's very sunny and with excellent ventilation.

Everything was perfect, Martin and his wife perfect hosts, were always for whatever we needed. I would definitely come back.

I had a great experience at Eliana's house. The space is spacious, very well organized and fully equipped to meet every need. The location is excellent, close to everything, which made my stay even more practical. The house is very comfortable, and the washing machine was a great differential that made things very easy. In addition, Eliana is extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help and supported me at various times. Definitely recommend and hope to return in the future

The house is extremely comfortable and as it appears in the description and photos. It has everything, everything. We were able to go with my pet and even enjoy it as one of us, because also that Neuquén is very friendly with dogs and that the house has a patio, there is a square half a block away. So from 10 we were there. Cecilia was an excellent host.

Everything was impeccable, very good communication by message and they welcomed us very warmly when we arrived at the Airbnb, which was very nice and clean. I recommend it 100%

Myself and my family had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment for a single night. We found the accommodation to be spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The host's communications were excellent, and the check-in process was easy. As we were only there for a single night we didn't get a chance to use the surrounding facilities, such as the recreational areas, shop or restaurant, so can not comment on them, however the apartment is situated conveniently close to all of these facilities. One thing to note is that Chocon Medio is a large development and quite remote, so you will need your own transport to get there and to get about once you arrive.

A spacious outdoor area is highlighted by smooth, tiled flooring and accented with walls painted in deep red. Large windows provide glimpses of the lush greenery outside, while the ceiling features recessed lighting for evening illumination.

Exceeded expectations. We were looking for a place to spend the night and continue south. We were able to relax and enjoy the house that is very well equipped. Emilio gave us recommendations for buying dinner. Well located. It was simple to go back to the route and continue a trip.

Smooth communication and easy-to-reach location. Perfect place for a one-night stay to continue your journey the next day. The place is spotless, with a barbecue area, electric kettle, and fridge. It includes a liter of water and some breakfast items, but there are no shops nearby, so it’s best to arrive with everything you need. The only downside is the parking, which is a linear space where you depend on other guests to enter or leave.

The exterior entrance features charming multi-pane wooden windows with wrought iron detailing. A warm wooden door is positioned centrally, leading into the residence. The surrounding brick façade complements the overall aesthetic, and a welcoming doormat is placed at the entrance.
