The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lakefront home! Everything was exactly as described and photographed, making it a very comfortable weekend for our group of 7. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home, from linens to kitchen supplies to kayaks! Hillary was extremely welcoming and sent us so many great recommendations for things to do in the area, restaurants to try, and everything we'd need to know around the house. We were so happy with the amount of space and seating, which truly made it a perfect fit for a large group. And of course, the views from every window were stunning! Couldn't have asked for a better stay, and we hope to make this a new MDW tradition! :)

Beautiful, historic home in a lovely neighborhood close to downtown Keene. Charming and cozy inside and out. Comfortable beds and furniture. Wonderful artwork by Ruth throughout her home. Large bright kitchen with everything you’d need to stay. Enjoyed the architecture and restaurants in Keene. Highly recommend Ruth’s home to stay in this area!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

My family and I had a wonderful stay on this property. It was clean, quiet and felt like home. This was my first time in New Hampshire. If I ever have a reason to visit Concord, I will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10 will recommend.

Beautiful home and very relaxing surroundings. Loved sitting out by the water having a cup of coffee in the morning. Great firepit - made s’mores with the grandkids. Lovely home with all the amenities you could want. Very attentive host. Will definitely be back.

Loved our stay at John and Celeste’s lake house. It was our first mini vaca with our 8 month old baby and it was perfect. Beautiful views and very peaceful. We would gladly go back!

Dominic’s place was perfectly located just a few minutes from Boscawen, where we spent most of each day with family. At first, the area looks a bit sketchy, but it really is not. It’s directly across from the Northern Rail Trail and we saw many people walking the trail. Appreciated Dominic’s communication with us - checking in to be sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. Beautiful house and location! Private but close to everything. House has everything you would need. If I needed to stay in the area again it would definitely be here.

This was a great spot to relax and recharge for a couple days. Prior to my visit, I stocked up on groceries and did not leave until checkout. It was peaceful to just sit on the deck in the warm weather and watch the ice begin to melt on the river. I would definitely return, even in the winter/early spring as it is a great place to enjoy some quiet and a good view.

The property was absolutely stunning and made me feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the sunroom, which offered breathtaking views of Lake Webster-such a tranquil spot. Although I drove along the Kancamagus highway to see the autumn foliage, the most vibrant colors were actually at the Lake Sunapee Drive loop, 20 mins from the place. This is a hidden gem and so underrated. One of our best stays. Rachel is an awesome host, and so easy to communicate.

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. The house is cozy and clean, and the location right on the lake made it really special. We grilled every night, used the kayaks during the day, and hung out by the fire pit in the evenings. It was super quiet and peaceful, and the view from the dining table made board games and meals even better. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just had a really relaxed, homey feel. Brandon was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to unplug and enjoy some time by the water — we’d definitely come back.

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

5 stars! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for a local soccer tournament! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the little touches. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay! Our group of six had plenty of space to relax and enjoy every moment. The home was cozy, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs complete with comfy beds, even with the unexpected rain. One of our favorite memories was game night at the dining table we had lots of room to spread out and share tons of laughs. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and coffee, which made us feel right at home from the start. The location was peaceful and beautiful, nestled near the river. Watching rowing teams glide by was such a fun and unexpected bonus! The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and very family-friendly. The host was incredible, super responsive and helpful, especially as I planned a graduation celebration for our college girl. She gave great local tips and even let us drop off our luggage before the ceremony, which made things so much easier. Overall, this was an amazing stay with thoughtful touches and fantastic hospitality. Highly recommend!

The lake house was beautiful! Literally a lake house it's on the water. The kitchen was great to use and socialize at the same time with a wonderful open floor plan into the living. There was a squall on the lake when we were there, so it got loud at night. I had ear plugs, so it was cool :). the fire pit was delightful. There are great restaurants in the area as well. Thank you for sharing your home.

We needed a place for my daughters graduation at New England College. This place was 10 minutes away and beautiful. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, sitting on the screened porch, playing board/card games provied, and smores. The bug spay, repelent candles were much appreciated, and fishing poles a bonus. My 4 yr old neice caught her first fish and had her very first ride in a kayak. We made memories of a lifetime. Highly recomend, very relaxing/beautiful and family/adult oriented.
