Our house is close to everything, in the heart of Vila de Itaúnas! We are able to offer comfort, modernity and rusticity in one place, making Casa Tropicana a unique lodging in the village. Large house with a grassy yard and fruit trees, a gourmet area with a barbecue grill, and a swimming pool with a great temperature even for night swimming. The house has a living room integrated with the kitchen, two suites and one more bedroom with an outdoor area, accommodating 9 people well. It has wifi and fans, no TV.

The Building has a 24-hour concierge with a parking space, a barbecue area and a swimming pool. We are one block from the boardwalk and beach, next to the building there are two pharmacies and nearby you can find shops and restaurants. You will be close to the best bars and restaurants in the city, and can get around on foot (which is essential in periods of heavy traffic in the city) The apartment has the structure to accommodate more than 5 adults, but I put this limitation because it is a small space

Two-story house and mini pool. Your family will be close to everything, well-located in downtown Conceição da Barra (IT IS NOT IN THE VILLAGE OF ITAÚNAS). Everything can be done on foot, next to the shops. Large and newly renovated. Terrace overlooking the street, 4 en-suites and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Air conditioning and fan in all rooms. 30 min from Vila de Itaúnas. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN AND TOWELS.
