Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The entrances are opened with a code for easy check-in. We have a space for the storage of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

The renovation of Grandma's old farmhouse resulted in a large house consisting of two apartments. Upstairs is the large apartment, featuring a combined kitchen/living room area, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, and three balconies. In particular, from the terrace in the living area, you can look out over the lake and its three islands; here, you can have lunch while enjoying the view.

We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
