Modern apartment in Caballito. Super spacious for comfort of 2. Hyperluminous, all environments are external. View from balcony view is unbeatable. Meters from Plaza Ireland, very frequented by runners and fitness lovers to work out. It is on a avenue with many lines of collectives. Upcoming to several coffee shops and supermarkets. Very well equipped, it has a washing machine and air conditioning, in the living room (cold) and in the bedroom (cold/heat).
