The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

A clean and tidy accommodation. It is located close to the downtown area. There is a 24-hour water vending machine on the first floor of the accommodation, and there is also a small mart, making it convenient to purchase daily necessities. The friendly and kind host👍👍 provides quick responses.

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

It’s our third time staying at Jane’s home. We must say that it keeps getting better each time. She listens to her guests’ and takes suggestions to heart. It truly reflects on how well-maintained her home is. It is very straight forward, no unnecessary item or furniture that eats up space. Everything you find inside has a purpose. Jane’s welcome note and welcome treat are consistent, which we find very thoughtful.

Peaceful and private. The private pool was great for us to use at our leisure and the care taker was so helpful with handling laundry to running to the store for minor items. We will miss him.

Steve's place was exactly what I needed to get away from the city and enjoy a peaceful weekend. My favorite thing about the location was the road you enter on was full of local people who were all very kind and friendly. There is lots of great food and small stores all up and down the road. I did not cook anything because it was just to easy and a pleasure to walk and get a great meal. Thanks for everything Steve.

We had an amazing time at Maam Djamila’s place! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect and the quiet ambiance made it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Djamila and her husband were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Also, very very thankful for granting our urgent requests and letting my brother checked in earlier than the check-in time. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cebu. Had a great stay here with the family. There is food available for purchase via the café, or you can bring your own. Plenty rooms and space for everyone. Nice pool and area outside to grill.
