Beautiful apartment in Comodoro!

Beautiful Depto located in the Km5 of Comodoro. Close to the university, the route to the center and towards Zona Norte ( km8, Caleta Cordoba). It is equipped with everything needed to spend a beautiful stay in the city , it is comfortable and with details that will make you feel in a unique place. It has a small private patio with grill. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 trundle bed with 2 90x190 cm beds. Very bright during the day and the area is very quiet.

The spacious living area features a small dining table with black chairs and is complemented by two patterned armchairs. A bedside area is visible in the background, separated by a partition, and soft lighting creates a warm ambiance throughout the room.

Centrally located studio

In our Monoambiente we want you to feel at home, it is very comfortable for its dimensions and super warm for its radiant slab heating. It has a panoramic view of downtown and Chenque Hill. Located one block from the Spanish, Penta, Diagnostic and 5 blocks from the regional hospital. It has all the basic utensils for you to cook. Oil, salt, basic condiments, sugar, coffee and yerba like you take some rich mates as soon as you arrive. We look forward to seeing you!

A beautiful place with easy access. Clean and tidy just like in the pictures. While it was difficult for us to locate ourselves for the reception of the apartment at first, they were very friendly and responsive to any questions and concerns, making our stay more pleasant. Totally recommended.

Nice place Rada tilly, quiet, safe and with everything you need for a long stay, the nice, comfortable and spacious apartment for 2 people, however, at bedtime this is not done with so much tranquility and passivity since Just below the apartment there is an electric gate that opens continuously at night and in the morning and the noise is very loud and it is not possible to consolidate the dream as one would expect.
