The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people: one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a dining/office area, TV and WiFi. Parking is available on site and a bicycle room. Bakery, restaurant and supermarket within walking distance. Perfect location for walks or bike tours along the canal.

Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.

We live surrounded by several hectares of forest (fir trees and oaks). We are ideally located: 5 minutes from the A62 toll and 3 kilometers from our beautiful village of Auvillar that we invite to discover! Toulouse (45 minutes) and Bordeaux (1H15), 7 km from Centrale de Golfech.

House in a small village forty minutes from Toulouse and fifteen minutes from Montauban. Swimming lake and walk four kilometers. The accommodation is suitable for a family of 4. But not more than 2 workers. Please note that I do not provide bed linen and bath towels. PS: robotic lawnmower on the grassy area (3 hours per day)
