Vacation rentals with beach access in Comarca Vaqueira

Good communication with Luisa and the house was well communicated, clean and well conditioned. Everything is perfect, if I come back by Avilés I will repeat for sure.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! The apartment and the garden is beautiful. We where lucky to have an upgrade to upper floor since the previois guest made a mess. There is a grill at the garden. The host are friendly and made us feel welcome. We hope to return soon. The pictures are not accurate, everything is better than the pictures.

A perfect apartment. We had rented the “large” apartment upstairs for 5 days, but on second thought we wanted to stay on the ground floor. After contacting Lucia, we were able to exchange very quickly. Very nice. The bed is fine, the bathroom is great. And the kitchen is well equipped. It is very quiet, yet close to many hiking opportunities and As Catedrais and the beach. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back on a next visit to Spain.

We had a lovely stay in Klaus's flat in Luarca (which we loved!). The views from the balcony are stunning and the rest of the flat is very comfortable. There's plenty of equipment in the kitchen to cook and a dishwasher. We were very grateful that Klaus let us check in early after and he left us some wine which was really nice!

We really enjoyed staying here! The Airbnb is very clean, and feels modern.

A beautiful little house with all the amenities and in an incredible setting. Communication with the host was fantastic and he was very attentive to making us comfortable. We will definitely repeat if we have a chance.

Beautiful apartment, great location for visiting the city of Gijon on foot. Beautiful view of the bay with a beautiful sunset on the first evening. Paid parking nearby, very popular and included in the rental. Host available for any information.

We were very comfortable at the house. It's a perfect house to disconnect and to see the surrounding villages because they are very beautiful. The house has all kinds of details for us and for the dogs. The garden is a wonderful place to go out for breakfast and for the dogs to play, ours had a great time. It's one of the cleanest houses we've ever found. Definitely and highly recommended We'll be back for sure.

Ana is a great host, friendly and welcoming. you feel at home right away, it's a quiet place very comfortable beds and lovely shower, kitchen has all what you need. There is a nice coastal walk to many beaches. This is one best value for money places I've stayed in, plenty of private parking.

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

Loved our stay in the stone house! Felt like a step back in time and we even cooked in the stone bread oven. Anais was very helpful and super friendly. We loved being near the farm and woke to sounds of the milking machine. Walkable to beautiful beaches and a cute coffee shop. Highly recommend this private stay near the beach!!

Communication with Antolina was very simple. He was quick to respond to messages and questions at all times. We were able to check in early because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street itself. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the town center and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

This was by far my favorite place to stay in the whole trip. It was so peaceful and just what I needed to unwind and rest. If im in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We have fallen in love with the place, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you will be 100% delighted. Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.

Absolutely perfect accommodation for a couple. Phenomenal sea and white water vistas, perfectly located and walkable to everywhere. Excellent coffee and coffee maker…enough for our 6 day stay! We have already re-booked it for this September. 5 Stars!

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.
