In the common areas there is a washer-dryer, games for children, a farm with free egg collection (in seasons with good weather), and 1 free parking space inside the premises. We have a type2 (7.4kw) paid electric vehicle charger, with prior request to the accommodation. We have a 24-hour forced ventilation system with a heat recovery unit, which guarantees the continuous renewal of fresh air in the apartments, as well as a high ecological standard with heating and hot water by pellet boiler supported by 7kw of photovoltaic panels. If necessary, there is an animal care business near the apartments. • Pets may not be loose in the common areas of the property due to the inconvenience they may cause to other guests. • It is mandatory to pick up the animal's waste if it occurs both in our facilities, including green areas, and outside them.
