Being right on the Savannah River, there is no other place to be in Downtown Augusta. If you do want to explore the area, you are right in the heart of the Downtown with various activities always happening, be it the restaurant and bar scene, local art museums, the weekly farmers market(seasonal), multiple opportunities to exercise. There is always something going on.

Offering a massive deck, with a dinning, seating, pallet grill and solo stove. The yard offers a large fire pit. Not to mention fully fenced offering complete privacy.
