This is a modular house that we built to enjoy as a family and that we decided to rent during times of the year when we do not use it. It has a bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into 2 singles, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with armchairs and a wood-burning stove for which we leave firewood available. There is a heater in the bedroom. Wi-Fi service is available.

In addition, the private neighborhood has 2 tennis courts, soccer fields and basketball courts to enjoy. IMPORTANT: We DO NOT rent the house to groups of young people, the rules of the gated community are very demanding in terms of coexistence with the neighbors. It is rented only to families or older adult couples.
