Very cozy, bright, equipped, modern and super well located. Located in the north center of Quito, Historical Center and La Mariscal a few minutes. Diagonal to FLACSO, 3 blocks from La Carolina Park and El Jardín Mall. Close to the financial and entertainment area, so you find hotels, banks, restaurants, bars and others nearby, but in a street without the characteristic chaos. Public transport (Ecovía) and BiciQ at a few meters from the suite. I am glad and ready to receive you.

Free parking, you will feel better than in a hotel, 2 blocks from the Marriott Hotel, in front of the Spanish Embassy so you will always feel safe, close to places of interest, at least 20 restaurants and cafes, 2 blocks to a supermarket, a 10-minute walk to museums, La Carolina Park, 30 meters away you can take transportation to the center, south and north of the city, 15 minutes by transport from the Historic Center.

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

MODERN & COZY APARTMENT, NEAR PLAZA FOCH

Location was great close to everything. I like that they have a guard 24/7 at the apartment however there was a period of time two days where he wasn’t there during the day therefore, if you have a car, just let the host know so he can give you his fob to get in and out because I had to wait for the guard because I didn’t have the fob to get in the garage which was slightly annoying but doable. Apartment is very simplistic and free of clutter. Host was very quick to respond to any issues!
