Great place! The location doesn’t have parking slot but the apartment itself is amazing!

Vanessa’s apartment was just perfect for our stay in Colombia to visit our son and his fiancée. Our plane was repeatedly delayed because of storms and they allowed easy check-in, even from our son. Security at the apartment was unparalleled! We felt so safe there. Uber was easy and quick to respond, even with the short distance to Provenza. The apartment itself was clean and lovely, with gorgeous views of Medellin, with 2 wide balconies, and 2 additional Juliet balconies from the 2 bedrooms. It had everything we needed for our stay-washer/dryer, 3 smart tv’s and plenty of light in the apartment. The outside balcony tub and pool were a plus. Most of all, the communication with my host was rapid and always helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great space, clean, cool, comfortable! Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and just exploring El Poblado. Ryan was super organized and everything was easy!

I would've paid double per night to stay at this penthouse again. The view is spectacular. I don't know any other listing on Airbnb where you feel like you are on top of the world in Medellin. Christian is a number one host, any special request he had no issue with the fulfilling. I already plan to book again next month 10/10.. not one negative thing to say about my experience at this house.

Estefania’s sunny Laureles apartment is perfect for people who want a centrally located bright apartment and need an ergonomic work setting. We loved the colorful decor of the apartment. Although we encountered a few problems such as having to wait for a while before someone was able to open the apartment, and the water outage for a few hours, Estefania was very responsive and helpful during these issues. Just a heads up it’s on the 4th floor and there’s no elevator. Also it’s right across from a school so it gets noisy by 8:30 am on weekdays. Thank you so much for everything!

Our stay at Roger’s Airbnb was great. The room was incredibly clean, has a great view and many amenities. The room however is right next to the elevator so sometimes there can be some noise with people going in and out. Other than that it’s a great pick in el poblado and super close to all the action!

Nice apartment, great views

my friend and i really enjoyed this spot. it was in walking distance to every popular place and the hosts were very responsive. somthing to be a aware of. the place doesnt have ac and is on the 4th floor (not particularly bad things). the apartment was very spacious and inviting. i definitely recommend.

The place was great — clean, well-located, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the building were always present and professional. I especially appreciated the added security; there was always someone at the entrance ensuring that only registered guests were allowed in, which made me feel very safe. The only small issue was that I wasn’t able to get someone to unlock the safe during my stay. I would have preferred to store my valuables securely, but even so, the overall security of the building helped ease that concern. All in all, I’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

I don't usually stay in Provenza, but the unit looked really well located / well designed / big. While the building is old (enough that I was a little concerned when I arrived), the moment I opened the door I was blown away - super industrial but somehow "homey" feel - super spacious, well laid out, lots of open space. Rick and his team were super helpful / friendly, and they warned me ahead of time that there was construction going on - it was barely noticeable. Great location - easy walking distance to everything in Provenza, HIGHLY recommend to anyone! Five out of five stars!

What a beautiful view you can see all Medellin from the rooftop Jacuzzi. The house is modern and clean and safe. I will come back.

This ks my second time staying at this location and it’s a great place. If you like an authentic Colombian experience this is the spot!

One of the best airbnbs and hosts around

I had a great stay at Alejandra’s place. It’s a comfortable neighbourhood with lots to do, and easy to travel to other places. The photos are as described and it’s a really nice apartment. The only point to note is that lots of noise gets in so if there is music playing outside or construction it gets through easily. But, the place is very nice so it didn’t bother me much. You can’t hear it from the bedrooms anyway. There was a power outage and Alejandra was very communicative and helpful in getting me in when I was locked outside. Otherwise a great stay and great hosts - I would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and well thought out. The hosts are also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable experience! 10/10!

Charles and his team were amazing! Super responsive and any questions we had they were quick to answer. The view was beautiful and the hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch. The building felt very safe and the staff were really nice. We enjoyed the gym and the restaurant on site. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend for anyone to stay!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Caro’s place is an awesome place to stay ,, Energy building is a very safe place where all the staff is looking up for the well being of their guest,,, is a very chill and relax place to stay , as longest you comply with the rules and common decency of the building you won’t be restricted , really felt like home and definitely will be my first choice for my next visit to Medellin Caro is a great host , very responsive and attentive with any question that you might have about places in Medellin.

House was very nice and understanding the food at the café downstairs was amazing. The gym was cool. The pool was nice. The views were great overall is Definitely worth your money and I will stay again.

I had a very relaxing stay here. If you wanted to do something more the opportunities are endless. Maria helped give me many suggestions on activities and nightlife and for dining. The apartment was perfect with everything I could need available. The pool was clean and the views spectacular. The bar restaurant in the lobby area was very good. The staff was friendly and the food options were great. I highly recommend Maria and her apartment.

Second time I have stayed in Susana’s place. It has been perfect both times. Excellent location with amazing food and entertainment everywhere. The unit is excellent and has everything you need and more. Amazing staff. I love this place and will return again
