Bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy 5 min walk from the building. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. ideal for people wishing for a little quiet while being close to Paris.

It is located in a secure residence with a bedroom overlooking the courtyard 🤗 The living room sofa is convertible, accommodating up to 4 people in total in the apartment. You get to stay in a studio com house of a very gifted artist. Once you figure out the public transit it’s easy to get into the city by short walk to tram or bus. Several local groceries nearby and a fresh local market a block away on Tues, Fri. and Sun. No microwave but full kitchen. Note the quiet hours that start at 2am. (Occasional house parties).

This was a very convenient way to visit Paris with our car. It was easy to find from the motorway without having to drive into central Paris, and we were even able to park on the driveway (a little bit tricky with a large car but we managed). The house was very clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighbourhood. A perfect place to break up our road trip back home from Italy and see Paris as a bonus to the end of our holiday!
