Townhome vacation rentals in Collier County

The location is everything! The private beach access with a walkway and shell washing station was a great touch. The beach was quiet and not busy at all. Jim was great with his communication and he offered us excellent recommendations. When we arrived we noticed the beach umbrella was broken and within an hour of letting Jim know, there were three beach umbrellas delivered to us! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great setup . I would recommend the property for larger groups visiting .

Spectacular! That's the least I can say about this beachfront townhouse. The property is impeccable with a beautiful view of the beach from almost every point of the house and fully equipped for a very pleasant vacation. Kim keeps guests informed of everything needed (in my case via text messages which was much appreciated without interfering with privacy). Finally I would like to highlight the convenience of a garage for 2 cars and above all the excellent pool which is very enjoyable after a day at the beach. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making sure our family had a wonderful week on Sanibel.

This comfortable and very cheerful condo is a pleasure to rent. The vaulted ceilings make the condo open and airy. Ana Maria is a wonderful host who responds almost instantly to any questions posed over the Airbnb website. The home is well appointed and the beds in all three bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, serving pieces , pots and pans. It also has many of the small electric appliances you need including a blender and a George Foreman grill. We made use of the screened in porch, and watched the bird and animal life on the lake as we ate breakfast almost every morning. The garage is a bonus, although almost everyone parks on the pads in front of their garages. The community’s heated pools are wonderful, and my wife enjoyed the water aerobics classes. Condo exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had all the amenities listed in the description. Condo was immaculate upon arrival and Rita and Jorge responded to any/all of our questions within a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed bike riding, sightseeing, and sunbathing! We look forward to vacationing again at this condo!

We stayed for 5 days. It was very easy to get there, check-in, check-out. The place was just as it was described and very clean. Everything we needed/wanted was very close by and easy to accesss. Stores, restaurants, the ocean... Great information from the host about the place and the area. Would definitely stay again!

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

A perfect, serene location minutes from Marco Island. The restaurants on the Isle of Capri were amazing, and in walking distance. Very clean, very cozy, with comfortable beds and a charm that has been lost over the years in so much of Florida. Thank you for preserving this quaint bungalow.

Excellent property for our stay in Naples. Great location for a beautifully renovated, modern condo with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Host communicated timely, effectively and efficiently to ensure we were well prepared to gain quick, easy access and get comfortable with surroundings right away. Host was very professional to deal with from booking through checkout.

Hated to leave. It was our temporary vacation home with a beautiful pool and service, loved walking to convenient places.

Steven and his wife have done a SUPERB job renovating/decorating this cozy, little beach bungalow! Talk about GOOD VIBES! Everything is perfectly placed and very well stocked/organized! My family absolutely loved our stay here and wished we could stay longer. Morning coffee on the sunlit back patio with the happiest plants in town, the beachy feel inside with comfortable couch, breakfast nook, stocked kitchen and cozy beds! Steven was a swift and clear communicator; he reached out to me personally via text introducing himself at the beginning of our stay, much appreciated! For some reason, we never heard back from "Evolve" through Airbnb messaging-- we sent 3 messages to them with no response. Not sure what's happening there, but Steven was phenomenal and we would stay at his home over and over and over again! This review is for HIM! :)

Comfortable, clean and convenient! With 2 parking spaces in front of the unit, very easy to unload and also to hop in car to go exploring. Short walking distance to the association pool and hot tub, both of which were very well maintained and heated! Newer appliances and well supplied linens, paper products and a gas barbecue! The lanai furniture was comfy too. The in unit washer and dryer was great! Made for a wonderful stay and Marco Island experience, we really enjoyed the stay at Tara's Townhouse!

This townhouse at The Quarry is the perfect destination! The amenities were amazing, and we took full advantage of them. The people were super friendly. The entire house is decorated beautifully and well stocked for a rental. Better than many airBnBs I’ve been to. Sam was super responsive and very helpful with all my questions. My only challenge was getting good cell service for phone calls. There was one spot on the lanai that if I sat right there, I could receive and make calls but anywhere else was a dead zone. That’s likely more a reflection of my cell carrier than anything but I wonder if the material of the roofs played a part. Given that I did a blend of work and vac while there, it was a little challenging but since WiFi was so good, I just used other technology for virtual calls. I would highly recommend Sam and Bessie’s place; you won’t be sorry!

Ryan and Kristi's place was great! They had everything as described and were very responsive to anything we needed. The location was private and it's in the cutest little neighborhood that's great for a walk or bike ride.

The condo was clean and felt brand new! We loved the modern feel and well-equipped kitchen. The location was convenient and right in-between Naples and Marco Island.

Alicia is a perfect host for this Air B&B, five star all the way. It was like walking into your own home and having everything in place like you owned it. All that is described is totally accurate and more. The house is super clean and very well decorated. The location of the place is central to beaches, restaurants and other activities, also very quiet. Not a far drive to anywhere you want to go. The pool for this unit is clean and well maintained. We were very blessed to have stayed at this Air B&B. We will be returning in the near future. Many thanks Alicia for hosting us.

David and Tracy have a beautiful property. It was very clean, nicely stocked kitchen, linens, etc. We enjoyed the screened patio a lot and loved that it was a short walk to the pool and Tiki. David and Tracy were very responsive and very friendly. Would love to stay again!

Loved our stay, wish it was longer. Kitchen was very well equipped! Plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking implements and small appliances. All large appliances were clean, spacious and new! The community was very quiet, just what we needed to recharge. Loved that the pool was a short walk from the condo. Jose was proactive , friendly and very responsive and timely with our questions from start to finish! We felt right at home!

Loved my month long stay at Pedro's cute, little home. The first thing I noticed was how nice it smelled and how clean it was. Very well stocked with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was very nice and refreshing. Sanibel Island was so close and I made many low tide visits for shelling. Met up with friends at Fort Myers beach, Lover's Key and Barefoot beach. All within drivable distances. I would recommend getting to the beaches by 10 am. Parking lots fill up quickly. Bunche Beach was close enough for making use of the bikes provided. Watched many sunsets there. Checked out many the local restaurants. Publix grocery store is a mile away. I ran many different routes in the neighborhood and always felt safe. The area is still coming back from hurricane devastation, but that never bothered me at all.

A wonderful home for a long weekend! Very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Our hosts were so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

My family had the privilege of staying here 12/15-1/15/24. The place felt recently updated and was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities, bedrooms were spacious for a family of four, although my one teenager loved the Murphy bed. Family made a lot of memories at the kitchen/dining table playing games! We look forward to hopefully getting back next year.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. Clara's condo is impeccable, beautifully designed and maintained, and super clean! The location is fantastic, close to everything you need while still feeling private. Restaurants and shops are steps away or a short drive. The pool was a lovely amenity that we enjoyed. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
