"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. This is only 10 minutes away by car from the village, beaches and supermarkets. you can bring your pet, they feel free here. There is WiFi in the home to be able to work remotely. The AV7 is in the vicinity and you can hear the mist depending on the day, it's the bad thing.
