Vacation rentals with a patio in Cole Bay

This place was spectacular. The view was breathtaking to say the least. I can’t say enough of the prestine cleanliness. Eveything is a short distance of a drive. Would love to come back and stay here.

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

This was truly the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and we travel the world! We were hoping it would be as beautiful as it looked in the photos, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The space is open, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It really has everything you could need, from a brand-new BBQ grill to every kitchen supply imaginable. The bathroom fixtures are high-end and beautifully done, reflecting the overall quality and care put into the home. The ocean view is simply stunning. Waking up to that every day was a dream. The housekeepers were incredibly friendly and even set up a beach chair and umbrella for us daily, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We will definitely be back—and highly recommend this incredible spot to anyone considering a stay in Sandy Ground!

Loved the views from the balcony and spaciousness of the place. The neighborhood felt safe. Having rented a car, the beach chairs, cooler and pool noodles were appreciated for exploring various beaches. The apartment was very clean and well equipped- it felt like home. Sandra was very responsive to any questions. Staying here was a great experience. We’d love to return.

The unit was beautiful, had a great view and was very clean. The host was responsive and answered all questions timely. Check in process was super easy and The Fourteen is a perfect location to everything on the island. I would highly recommend and would def book again if I return. Also, s/o to our driver Thomas, at the Fourteen. Taxis can be very expensive on the island but he was very reasonable & always available. If you ever need a driver, I suggest asking the concierge for Thomas! Everything 10/10

What a nice little 2-bdrm apartment. it was 3 girls trip, we rented a car on the owner's recommendation, drove around island.... very attentive owner, sweet lady, left us refreshments in the fridge!!! Very happy.

Marcia is a wonderful host. She has tried to make our vacation enjoyable. The house is clean, she changed the towels and it meant to us. We had a backyard and the car was safe. It's close to a super market,pharmacy, beach. Marigot is a great position to tour the island.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

The Villa was as described in the add and pictures were the reality. We enjoyed the pool and quietness therefore we relaxed. Our favorite restaurant was the Vietnamese Bistro (Savannah) and the bakery which were in walking distance. Our host Marie was fantastic. She met us upon arrival and gave us valuable information and responded quickly to our inquiries making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Daniel

We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Glad the kitchen is so complete! Wonderful swimming pool. Slept well on the good beds. Private, in a nice and quiet area on Sint Maarten. Neighborhood is closed evening and night with a closed gate, safe 👍 Mr. Gilles always responds quickly and kindly. I said I missed tea towels, they were quickly bought and delivered to us. I definitely recommend this place!!

Amazing spot on an amazing Island!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

This home was absolutely lovely. The place was very clean and spacious. The view on the hill is beautiful. In addition the manager of the property, Anil helped us out a couple times. He was never more than 10 min away and was very friendly/ informative. I would stay here again on my return.

The studio is exactly as described. The view is so beautiful and the sound of the waves is pleasant, that it was nice to have lunch and dinner on the balcony! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the washer was much appreciated traveling with carry-on luggage and the whole studio is very functional. Virginie and Karine are really great hosts! Had a great time and I would recommend this place without hesitation!!!

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean & well equipped and the view was breathtaking. The surroundings were very Peaceful & quiet, the location was convenient and we received great service. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication of Jenny & Annia. Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!

Absolutely loved the place! Tracy was super responsive and made sure check in was as smooth as possible. The views were to die for and location was perfect for the carnival festivities. Definitely would book with Tracy again!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Pearl Studio in Maho, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The studio is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay-from a functional kitchen to a cozy bed (too soft for us) but that’s our preference. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous Maho Beach,where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets,watch planes fly overhead, or just relax by the ocean. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent communication she even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday which I thought was very nice and she even let us check in early. I recommend renting a car for the whole island experience, but taxis are only a 5 minute walk away. If you’re looking a relaxing, comfortable and stylish place to stay in Maho I recommend Emerald Pearl Studio. I will definitely be returning. 2 ppl only ;)

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!
