The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

1 bedroom, first-floor apt w/living space and private entrance in a modern home only 0.3 mile to bay and a 2 min drive to beach. Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills on a quiet residential street. Catch the sunset from popular Bay Drive or go for a bike or walk along the waterfront multi-use path. Owners live on top floor with two school aged kids. We are a friendly, active family looking to make your stay on the Outer Banks as enjoyable as possible.

Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.
