Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

At just 10 mins from the Kasilof River boat launch and 25 mins to the Kenai River, you can enjoy all Alaska’s playground has to offer, or just relax in the quiet of the spruce forest.

We are located right in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to everything in town and are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula with access to Homer, Seward, Capt. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
