There is private parking, a smart TV, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. There is parking inside the enclosure for 3 cars.

BEAUTIFUL LOFT WITH JACUZZI AND PRIVATE SAUNA 2 people (+ 18 years), 10 min drive to Reñaca beach and 20 min to Viña del Mar. Located on a private plot, with an access gate and security cameras. Equipped kitchen, just bring your food. It includes sheets and towels. Ideally, you should have a car, although you can get there with Uber or Cabify. We are ecofriendly. No pets allowed. Homegym and space for yoga and meditation available. There are lounge chairs, hammocks, and games.

Access is via a 3-story staircase, but it's worth the effort!

Parking is only for 1 vehicle inside the property. If you have an extra vehicle, you will have to park outside the property on the main street or coordinate with the host if there is space.
