Relax on the large terrace with continuously heated hot tub, outdoor sauna, fireplace and barbecue or in the cozy fireplace room. The house offers modern comfort with rustic charm, including billiards room, bar and gym. With 6 bedrooms and up to 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Due to the elevated location, there is almost guaranteed snow in winter and no extreme heat in summer.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
