Shamokin Chalet -Built 1924, a quaint apartment nestled on a mountainside is "just enough" to stay a week or weekend! Apartment is top floor, street level. Below Apt. is my home. Apartment sleeps 5 comfortably and has a terrific view of the city and mountains. It’s exactly like nothing else. 15 -20 minutes to Knoebel's Grove Amusement Park, 5 minutes from AOAA Park, 20 minutes from Elysburg Gun Club, Geisinger Medical Center. As avid ATV riders and Jeep enthusiasts we saw a need for lodging near the Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area (AOAA). We cater to those who use wheelchairs. All rooms have Fire t.v. and hi speed Wi-Fi. A full kitchen with a washer and dryer. Also a detached garage where you can lock up your vehicles and atv's. We are just miles from Knoebels, The Bloomsburg Fair, and Hershey Park. After a day of riding relax by the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful sunset across the valley.
